If for some unforeseen reason, you are unable to attend a class, we will provide you with a learning kit to help you get ready for the next lesson.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your attendance to the course during the term, please understand that "Cosmopoli'French" cannot reimburse you once the term has commenced. This policy is in place for several reasons:

Staff Compensation: Teaching staff are paid in advance for their commitment to the course, regardless of individual attendance.

Fixed Costs: There are various fixed costs associated with running the course, such as facility rentals, materials, and administrative expenses, which cannot be recouped once the term begins.

Class Size Management: Refunds can complicate class size and enrollment numbers, potentially affecting the learning environment for other students.

Resource Allocation: Resources, including course materials and planning, are allocated based on initial enrollment, making refunds unfeasible.

However, you may receive a voucher to attend a course in the following term (conditions apply).

We reserve the right to cancel classes that do not meet the required minimum number of participants enrolled by the cut-off date. A full refund will be given to enrollees in this instance.
