This immersive three-part series brings French learning into the heart of Sydney through nature, food, and creativity. You’ll build rich sensory vocabulary while exploring local parks, expand your culinary expressions as you discover French-inspired flavours across the city, and develop storytelling skills by crafting narratives from your own photographs.

Week 1: French at the Gallery
This workshop invites you to share your opinions, explore powerful social themes, and discuss the works featured in the exhibition It Takes a Village - all en français. A meaningful and engaging way to connect, learn, and practise your French through art and conversation at the Art Gallery of NSW.
Week 2: Food Quest
Embark on a delicious journey through Sydney’s French flavours. As we wander from one hidden gem to another, you’ll expand your food vocabulary. and taste authentic specialities, right here in your city.
Week 3: Story Through the Lens
Capture moments, then bring them to life in French. We’ll wander through the city, take photos, and use them to craft and share short stories; blending language, creativity, and expression. The workshop will finish with a mini photo exhibition to showcase your work en français.
